The contract calls for the CUSO to provide the $190 million credit union with External Compliance Officers who will develop a comprehensive knowledge of the credit union’s current processes and work to cultivate, maintain, and/or make necessary changes to the compliance cultures the credit union.
The credit union will receive unlimited general compliance support, Bank Secrecy Act reviews, policy and procedure reviews, marketing compliance reviews, web site audits, independent testing (SAFE Act, ACH, BSA), and more.
