SALT LAKE CITY – Deseret First CU said it has implement UC4 Software’s workload automation, job scheduling and IT process optimization systems.
The systems are installed with Open Solutions Inc.’s The Complete Credit Union Solution core data processing system.
UC4 fully automates all aspects of process management for financial institutions to improve efficiency. When applied to TCCUS, the benefits of UC4 Workload Automation Suite include: accelerating overnight processing to ensure all activities are complete before the branch opens, balancing workload across servers, running parallel processes, centralizing monitoring and automating report distribution, parameter entry and recovery routines.
Other credit unions that recently signed to implement the UC4 system are: Fairfax County FCU, Bronco First CU, Community 1st CU, Boeing Wichita CU, Eastman CU, Northwest Community CU, Los Angeles Firemen's CU and Seattle Metro CU.
