HUMMELSTOWN, Penn. Diana Roberts, the well-known CEO of Hershey FCU, is retiring from the $58 million credit union after more than 31 years of service.
Roberts has carved out a national profile during 35 years on the board of the Pennsylvania CU Association and 11 years on the CUNA board, all the while building the one-time Hershey chocolate company employees’ credit union from just $2.2 million in assets. The credit union, which is headquartered on Chocolate Avenue, now serves two surrounding counties.
She will be succeeded by Paul Wagner, vice president of operations at Hershey FCU since 2005.
