Direct Mail Adds To CUMembership

TUKWILA, Wash. - (10/11/04) -- Boeing Employees CU said it added20,000 new members over the past year through a direct mailmembership campaign. The credit union has used monthly mailingstotaling 2.1 million pieces to attract new members through itsexpress branches at 24 Safeway supermarkets. The direct mailcampaign cost about $300,000.
