HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — A man waking up from a drug-induced high found himself locked inside a credit union.
Huntington authorities say Christopher Anderson called police when he realized he could not get out of Huntington C&O Railway Employees FCU here, which had closed for the day.
Police allege Anderson had entered the credit union while it was open on Friday, used the second floor restroom to use heroin, and the drug made him pass out.
When police arrived at the CU to let Anderson out, he was arrested for an old warrant and for having the drugs.
Local news station WSAZ reported that drug addicts using the bathrooms of businesses, especially convenience stores, is becoming a growing problem.
