KALAMAZOO, Mich. – Educational Community CU said it granted a total of $23,000 in college scholarships to 21 outstanding students at the credit union’s annual awards ceremony.
Charles Cornelius, president of the credit union, presented 19 $1,000 awards and two $2,000 scholarships.
The $2,000 scholarships were named after two long-time board members, Robert Treloar and Donna van Westrienen.
