BOULDER, Colo. – Elevations CU yesterday said it has implemented GMT Planet, a workforce and performance management solution to improve its contact service levels.
The new system has allowed the $800 million credit union to reduce its contact center workforce by 15%.
The credit union deployed GMT Planet to forecast and optimize scheduling and staffing needs for telephone, e-mail, remote delivery, and loan and member service representatives.
GMT is based in Norcross, Ga.
