ATLANTA - (08/31/05) -- Credit bureau Equifax Inc. said ithas agreed to acquire BeNow, a Wakefield, Mass.-based provider ofdatabase marketing services. BeNow, which helps companies toacquire, retain, manage and grow customer relationships, will becombined with Equifax Marketing Services. BeNow employees 60 peopleand serves such major clients as General Motors, Four SeasonsHotels and Resorts, Tower Records and MetLife. Terms of the dealwere not disclosed.
