ESL FCU Pays For Disadvantaged Families To Visit Play Museum

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – More than 40 local social service agencies will receive free admission passes to Strong National Museum of Play to give to families, some of whom are homeless or living in agency housing, thanks to a partnership with ESL FCU.

The program, the museum’s Passport to Family Fun, provides free admission to the museum for parents and children who can't afford it.

“It's so wonderful that we live in a community like Rochester where a museum like Strong and ESl would come together, and to be able to provide wonderful experiences for the women and children in the community who can't afford to do it themselves,” said Joan Gerrity, YWCA's Development Director.

The passport to family fun program began 12 years ago in 1998.
