Gora pleaded no contest to the charges as part of a plea deal. The theft was discovered following an audit that uncovered stolen money, falsified loan documents and misuse of a company credit card. Prosectors are asking for a sentence of 18 months followed by five years of extended supervision. Gora is also to pay $91,547 in restitution.

Gora was the only full-time employee at Midwest when the theft took place between 2006 and 2011.
