Extra CU Adds AnyHour Call Center Services

WARREN, Mich. – Extra CU said yesterday it signed with AnyHour Solutions for the company’s AnyHour Loan-By-Phone 24/7 Call Center service.

AnyHour now can supplement Extra CUs internal call center by taking overflow member loan application calls during weekdays and also can provide full service backup after hours and on weekends.

AnyHour Solutions agreed to complete Extra CU member loan applications directly utilizing the credit union’s existing online loan application function from its website; so completed loan application information by an AnyHour call agent flows directly into credit union’s core processing system.

AnyHour Solutions is based on Rockford, Ill.
