FAA CU Pays Rebate For 15th Consecutive Year

FAA Credit Union's board of directors approved year-end rebates and bonuses to qualifying accounts among its more than 50,000 members – for the 15th consecutive year.

The $573 million CU said it gave a 3% rebate, or $337,000. All members of the Oklahoma City-based credit union who paid interest or earned dividends during 2015 were rewarded with a rebate.

Rebates were directly deposited into member savings accounts and will be reflected on their Dec. 31 statement.

"We are proud to be one of the only financial institutions to continue to give back to our members with year-end rebates and bonuses," Steve Rasmussen, FAA CU's president and CEO, said in a statement. "It brings us great joy to have the ability to give back to our members, especially during this time of year. It is our special way of thanking members for their business."
