Farm Credit Employee FCU in St. Paul, Minn., has chosen Sharetec as its new core system, the company announced in a Tuesday press release.
The conversion to Shartec will enable the credit union to add tools such as remote signature to expedite loan processing, as well as live debit cards, home and mobile banking.
Farm Credit EFCU said it chose Sharetec primarily for its functionality and cost, and because it needed to more effectively service its members' requests.
"We have a number of members in locations away from our office and needed a core system that allowed us to provide the same level of service to members that walk in the office, and Sharetec gives us the tools to make that happen," Farm Credit EFCU President Brian Lueth said in the release.
