MADISON, Wis — A new study from the Filene Research Institute examines the relationship between CU lending and how restrictive loan officers' undergarments are.
The report, titled "Boxers or Briefs: A Multivariate Analysis of Undergarment Impact on Credit Union Sales Effectiveness," is the result of a partnership between the Filene Research Institute and academics from New York's Fashion Institute of Technology.
According to Filene, the paper attempts to "peel back the layers of data and explore how the most personal of dress code choices impacts the effective execution of sales and service behaviors at credit unions."
The report is available
Happy April Fool's Day and well done, Filene.
