FinancialEdge Community CU’s Benecke Jumps to Communications Family CU

SAGINAW, Mich. – Communications Family CU, a $450 million credit union, said it named Timothy Benecke, head of FinancialEdge Community CU, a $55 million credit union in nearby Bay City, as its new president and CEO.

Benecke will succeed James Dahl, who is retiring July 1 after 24 years with the credit union.

Benecke has worked in credit unions in mid-Michigan for more than 25 years, the last six at FinancialEdge Community. Before that he served as head of operations at Dow Chemical Employees CU.
