Firefighters Community CU Inks Workflow Pact With CRI Solutions

CLEVELAND – Firefighters Community CU has signed a multi-year contract with CRI Solutions to provide both its CRIterion and InterLend products to help increase productivity and simplify workflow for the credit union.

The company said CRIterion is a complete loan origination and sales platform which provides custom workflow, interfaces and loan policy automation exclusively for credit unions. CRIterion provides extensive cross-selling tools that enable credit union staff to focus on member needs.

InterLend is a personalized, online lending software system that enhances existing Loan Origination Systems and is designed specifically for credit unions. The company said the member-friendly navigation provides members an easy way to apply for loans, get risk-based pricing quotes and instant online loan approvals.

CRI is based in Elkridge, Md.
