EL PASO, Texas – First Light FCU announced Friday it has contracted with Identity Theft 911 to offer the company’s services to members.
Members will receive Identity Theft 911's "LifeStages" program for one-on-one resolution services and consultation from on-demand certified fraud specialists, plus credit and fraud monitoring tools, during various life events when consumers are particularly vulnerable to identity theft.
They will also receive assistance with placing fraud alerts, completing fraud affidavits, replacing documents and interfacing with police departments, creditors, collection agencies and credit rating bureaus.
Identity Theft 911 is based in Scottsdale, Ariz.
