Firstmark CU Adds ExactMail’s Direct Marketing Tool

SAN ANTONIO – Firstmark CU has selected e-mail and interactive marketing provider ExactTarget to direct online communications to its 90,000 members.

The $700 million credit union will use ExactTarget’s Advanced Edition to create targeted e-mails featuring financial updates, new product information and member surveys.

The new online communications will integrate the credit union’s customer relationship management database and Web analytics data from Adobe Genesis powered by Omniture Web Analytics and ExactTarget.

Firstmark said it will enhance online communications to go beyond the e-mail inbox with ExactTarget’s landing pages, allowing members to access custom Web pages that will feature content specific to their financial interests and unique needs.
