Fiserv, Inc. has released the results of its 2005 Client Satisfaction Survey of credit unions served by the company's Credit Union Industry & Products Group, which includes AFTECH, CUSA Technologies, GalaxyPlus, IntegraSys, Summit Information Systems, USERS Inc. and XP Systems.
A total of 2,074 credit unions participated in the survey. On a scale of 1 to 7, with 1 representing the highest score, the Fiserv credit union business units earned an aggregate satisfaction rating of 1.95 from survey respondents, indicating most CUIPG clients were very satisfied with services received.
