Fiserv Completes BillMatrixDeal

BROOKFIELD, Wis. - (08/15/05) -- Fiserv said Friday is completed the$350 million acquisition of electronic bill payer BillMatrix Corp.BillMatrix was founded in 1994 and provides billers with anoutsourced payment solution that allows bill payment online, overthe telephone, or by using electronic checks credit or debit cards.The Dallas-based company has more than 120 clients includingutilities, telecommunications providers, insurance companies andlenders.
