Flood Relief Pours In From ServiceCU

PORTSMOUTH, N.H. - (06/05/06) – Service CU President GordonSimmons presented a check of $125,000 to Gov. John Lynch Friday forthe New Hampshire Disaster Relief Fund to provide emergencyassistance to families affected by last month’s massiveflooding in the state. The donation was part of a local telethonaimed at raising relief funding. The $1 billion credit union isalso offering low-interest flood assistance loans of up to $40,000for homeowners at 4.9%.
