TULSA, Okla. – The former CFO and assistant manager at Mayes County FCU has been charged in federal court with embezzling more than $1.6 million.
Cynthia Jan Harris, of Chelsea, was charged with the scheme in which she made fraudulent deposits into member accounts and then withdrew the money.
