Free Christmas Trees Courtesy Of Columbia CU

VANCOUVER, Wash. – Columbia CU and two Boy Scout troops are giving away 80 free Christmas trees yesterday and today.

The credit union is offering up to 40 free trees each day between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.

The credit union also is holding a donation drive for the Vancouver branch of Share, a nonprofit for the hungry and homeless. It is accepting gift cards, shoes, clothing or entertainment items at any of its branches, and it is also collecting stuffed animals for Children’s Center, a Vancouver mental health agency.
