TAMPA, Fla. – USF FCU yesterday announced the hiring of Richard Skaggs, the CEO at Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Central Florida, as new president and CEO of the $345 million credit union.
Skaggs has headed the Orlando credit service, which operates 13 offices throughout Florida, since 2005.
The credit service recently changed its name to CredAbility Network.
