MANCHESTER, N.H. – Granite State CU said yesterday it has agreed to install Fiserv’s Acumen in-house account processing solution.
The $280 million credit union cited usability, workflow flexibility, and the broad range of integrated member relationship management capabilities as key factors in opting for Acumen.
In addition to Acumen, Granite State will implement several other solutions from Fiserv, including LynxGate for switch gateway processing, Nautilus for enterprise content management, AML Manager for compliance, CheckFree RXP for electronic bill payment, debit card processing and fraud detection, and the UChoose Rewards loyalty program.
