WICHITA, Kan. – Great Plains FCU said last week it is introducing a payday loan product in conjunction with the local non-profit Uptown Neighborhood Association.
The loans are interest-free for 30 days for up to $250.
In order to get one of the loans you have to live in Uptown, open an account at Great Plains and have a paycheck direct deposited and agree to a financial counseling session.
