PITTSFIELD, Mass. Greylock FCU and Leominster CU were among 87 Bay State companies to be awarded worker training grants from the state.
Greylock was awarded $154,720 to help it trains 254 employees, with one job to be created as a result of the training. Leominister CU was awarded $37,500 to train 20 employees, with 14 additional jobs expected to be created as a result of training.
The Patrick administration awarded a total of $6.8 million in workforce training grants.
