Greystone Residential Sold

MADISON, Wis. – Greystone Residential Funding, a mortgage company founded by former employees of CUNA Mutual Mortgage, last week announced it has been sold to a group of investors who also own QwickRate, a CD brokerage for credit unions and S&Ls.

The company has changed its name to QR Lending. No staff changes are expected among the 33 employees.

Greystone was founded by former CUNA Mutual Group employees who were laid off when that company sold its mortgage division to PHH Corp. in 2005.
