GrooveCar Adds Two CUs to Online Car-Buying Service

GrooveCar has added two new credit unions as users of its online auto-buying service.

The $65 million-asset ADP Federal Credit Union in Roseland, N.J., and the $28 million-asset Members Credit Union in Cos Cob, Conn., both have implemented the GrooveCar Direct product. Financial terms of the contracts were not disclosed.

Credit unions use online auto-buying services, such as GrooveCar, Members Private Sale and CU Auto Coupon, to attract customers before they decide which vehicle to purchase. Credit unions hope to then finance the auto purchase, as well as provide insurance and other products.
