TAMPA, Fla. – GTE FCU, which has been trimming expenses to cope with the region’s economic downturn, said it is permanently closing it City Hall branch.
The branch, one of three to be shut by the $1.9 billion credit union, is scheduled to be closed Wednesday.
The credit union reported a $27.3 million loss for 2008 and a $27.9 million loss for the first six months of 2009.
