HAPO Community CU Eyes Headquarters Renovation

RICHLAND, Wash. – HAPO Community CU has hired a local architectural firm to design a renovation and addition to its 47,000 square-foot offices.

The renovated headquarters will feature a prototype branch, an enhanced drive-thru service, a state-of-the-art collaborative work environment, an enriched training facility, and departmental integration all to be phased in to allow services to continue at the $820 million credit union.

The project will be designed by Momentum, which has offices in Seattle, Pittsburgh and Louisville.

The project is scheduled to be completed by third quarter in 2011.
