D+H purchased Harland last year and is transitioning all products and services to the D+H brand.

The company said, however, that the existing product names will still be in use.

In a statement, D+H said it is taking a "phased approach" to rebranding, a process that will continue over the next eight months. This first phase is focused on building greater visibility of the D+H brand in the U.S. and includes a new website.

"Officially extending our entire offering into the U.S. under one brand is proof of our long-term commitment to serving banks, credit unions and other financial institutions, said Gerrard Schmid, CEO of D+H, in the statement.
