Hopewell FCU Gets FHLB Grant To Build Habitat For Humanity

HEATH, Ohio – Hopewell FCU was awarded a $17,761 grant from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati to help it build a Habitat for Humanity home for a returning soldier, to be known as Welcome Home Veteran.

The project is one of 12 grants totaling $6.1 million awarded by the Cincinnati FHLB Wednesday.

The 12 FHLBank Affordable Housing Program grants in Ohio will help to build 403 units of housing across the state, with a total development value of nearly $60 million.
