How Honda FCU Is Promoting eStatements

Honda Federal Credit Union is rolling out a new campaign to promote its new eStatement service.

Thirty-eight percent of Honda Federal Credit Union members currently use the credit union's internet banking services, and eStatements were recently added as an enhancement. To promote the eStatement option, the credit union conducted a direct mail campaign, designed by California-based Redbeard Communications, offering free Online Bill Pay service as an incentive for members who register for eStatements.

The agency is projecting a response rate between 5% and 10%. The campaign consists of two direct mailers, a rotating web graphic, account statement inserts and branch posters.

Both of the pieces use similar creative, which can be seen at right.
