BOCA RATON, Fla. IBM Southeast Employees’ FCU has signed CBRE Group as its exclusive agency to manage its 16-property real estate portfolio of owned and leased office and branch facilities in Florida and Georgia.
Los Angeles-based CBRE Group said it is the world’s largest commercial real estate services firm and has approximately 34,000 employees. It serves real estate owners, investors and occupiers through more than 300 offices worldwide.
