INDIANAPOLIS – Indiana Members CU said it contributed $38,000 to Indiana Public Schools as a result of its annual fundraising efforts.
The campaign will provide 3,000 backpacks and school supplies to underprivileged children. This total is a result of selling candy at its central Indiana branches, donations from an employee fundraiser, “Bowling for Backpacks” and its annual rummage sale.
To date, enough funds have been raised for Indiana Members to donate more than 72,500 supplies, and they are still collecting.
