BOSTON – Industrial CU, the nation’s oldest community chartered credit union, has awarded $1,000 scholarships to 10 students.
The John J. Campana Memorial College Scholarships are named for John J. Campana, who served as ICU Treasurer for more than 50 years.
U.S. Sen. Scott Brown and Massachusetts National Guard Adjutant General Joseph C. Carter hosted the drawing for the scholarships at the senator's office in Boston.
The $125 million credit union was chartered in 1910.
