ORLANDO, Fla. - Insight Financial CU has removed its two top executives and named Richard Simonton, its CFO, as CEO. Lynn Owen III, former CEO, and former COO Jody Walls, are no longer with the financial institution, according to a statement.
Insight Financial's board said in a statement it chose to restructure to further benefit its members while allowing it to remain financially sound.
The board also named Jeffrey Swerdlow as chief operations officer and Kristy Moist as chief communications officer.
