SIOUX CITY, Iowa – Sioux Valley Community CU has named John Parks, the head of First Class CU, as president of the $22-million credit union.
Parks is a lifelong resident of Siouxland and has been a part of the credit union movement for the last eight years. He currently serves as president of the Northwest Iowa Chapter of CUs.
