PITTSFORD, N.Y.-Pittsford CU said it has signed with Fidelity National Information Systems to implement the company's MISER core processing system. Officials with the $220-million credit union said they were impressed by the ability of MISER to track interactions with members through all channels and the ease with which they will be able to consolidate and analyze member information for relationship management and custom projects, such as the payment of special member dividends.
