MONETT, Mo. – Jack henry & Associates announced yesterday it has acquired Gladiator Technology Services, an Atlanta-based provider of online security services for financial institutions. Gladiator’s services include network intrusion prevention, firewalls, server intrusion prevention and event logging, risk assessments, compliance and regulatory solutions, email filtering and encryption. Gladiator provides these services to more than 500 credit unions and banks, many of them already Jack Henry clients. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
