MONETT, Mo. - (12/21/04) -- Jack Henry & Associates said itcompleted its most acquisition year with two more deals; to acquireTWS Systems Inc., a provider of image-based processing solutionsfor credit unions, and the SERsynergy division of SER Solutions,Inc., a provider of document management solutions for financialinstitutions. TWS, based in Clearwater, Fla., is provider ofIMAGECENTER, a turnkey image item processing platform designedspecifically for credit unions. TWS also provides depositprocessing solutions at the ATM. And SERsynergy, used by more than1,600 financial institutions, automates document processing bycapturing, archiving and retrieving images of all paper-based andelectronic documents. Jack Henry has made eight acquisitions thisyear.
