Jack Henry Reports 11% Rise In Earnings

MONETT, Mo. – Jack Henry & Associates yesterday said third quarter net income rose 11% to $36.7 million, fueled by a 7% increase in revenues.

Third quarter revenues were $256.3 million, up from $240.2 million for the same quarter in 2011.

“We continue to see an improved spending environment, favorably influenced by improving financial institution balance sheets and fee income that has been less negatively impacted than was expected a year ago,” said Jack Prim, CEO of Jack Henry.

For the first three quarters of its fiscal year Jack Henry reported a 6% increase in revenues to $760.5 million, and an 11% rise in profits to $111.7 million.
