HARVEY, La. – Jefferson Financial CU, located just outside New Orleans, where members were left service-less after Hurricane Katrina, yesterday said it has signed with Integrated Media Management to install the company’s TotaleAtlasWeb to help prepare it for future disasters.
The system will allow the credit union to take advantage of remote signature capture and secure document delivery during disasters, as well as to better market and attract today’s younger generation, which prefers to do financial business via the Internet.
TotaleAtlasWeb captures end-users’ digital signatures via the Web anywhere, any time, and enables completed documents to be securely delivered to the credit union for archival as a non-editable document. The solution is an extension of TotaleAtlas, a document preparation engine that electronically captures signatures in-branch and merges the XML data with secure PDF formats that are easily retrievable with IMM’s search feature.
