BATTLE CREEK, Mich. – Kellogg Community FCU has enhanced its online banking product with secure support and chat, which offers an additional method for members to communicate online with the credit union.

The new secure chat feature allows members to chat with a credit union representative in a real time environment once they have logged into online banking. It also allows members to send e-mails through a secure channel while using online banking.
Kellogg Community is a $250 million credit union with 36,000 members.
