COLUMBUS, Ohio – Kemba Financial CU announced the winner yesterday of its Biggest Saver Contest, which includes a $10,000 prize.

Over the course of the nine-month contest, the Karns family of Gahanna - Ben, Jeanette, Adley and newborn son Parker - exceeded both of their contest goals, increasing their savings by more than $6,500 and decreasing their debt by nearly $13,000.
Six teams of savers combined increased their savings to more than $42,000 and reduced their debt by $53,000, according to the credit union.
