KeyPoint CU Names Headquarters After Retiring CEO

SANTA CLARA, Calif. – KeyPoint CU held an unveiling ceremony and dedication to name its headquarters after CEO Timothy Kramer, who is retiring after a 26-year tenure with the $750-million credit union.

During Kramer’s tenure as CEO, KeyPoint, formerly known as AEA CU, has grown from about $60 million in assets.

Kramer, the second CEO in the credit union’s history, was a strong advocate for the community, KeyPoint said, noting he fostered many prestigious awards at the local, state and national levels.

Prior to joining KeyPoint, Kramer served as president of Space Age FCU and IBM Rocky Mountain Employees FCU (now Premier Members FCU), both in Colorado. Kramer’s credit union career began in 1973 at Frontier Airlines FCU.
