USERS Inc., a unit of Fiserv, Inc., said that Kohler Credit Union of Kohler, Wis. has chosen its DataSafe system and will convert in March 2006. The $187-million credit union serves 30,000 members. According to Kathy Steiner, Kohler's vice president of information technology, USERS' open system architecture and cross-selling software proved a strong fit with the credit union's business goals.
"We expect the USERS system will help us to work more efficiently, increase product use per household, and gain easier access to the data we need to run the credit union," she said.
Kohler said it will leverage USERS' open database and XML-enabled middleware to speed and simplify integration of the core system with the third-party solutions of its choice.
