JACKSON, Miss. – Dover Corp. yesterday said it has agreed to sell ATM manufacturer Triton Systems of Delaware to Nautilus-Hyosung of South Korea.
Nautilus Hyosung is a global manufacturer of complete ATM solutions, including hardware, software and services to the entire ATM market.
Upon closing of the transaction, Triton will continue to operate as a separate entity under the Triton brand.
