LANSING, Mich. The $540-million LAFCU here is absorbing via merger $22-million Centel Credit Union.
Plans call for completing the merger by fall. Centel has two branch locations one in Owosso and one in Corunna. LAFCU has six locations throughout the Greater Lansing area.
Once combined in fall 2013, the two credit unions said members will have access to eight branch locations in addition to a network of 28,000 ATMs via the CO-OP Network.
